TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Defective Products: We will cover the cost of replacement, all we need is a photo of the product in question to verify it was something on our end that went wrong. We want you to be happy so we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.
- All refunds will be issued through the payment service provider the order was originally issued through.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Custom labels & Placards: All sales are final. We can not accept returns or refunds on custom labels unless it is a defective product. IE The product has a typo, is miss cut, smeared ink, etc. We always send proofs before printing (PPP) so at the end of the day, it's your responsibility to make sure the product looks how you want.
- Stock labels: You have the option to return new, unopened, undamaged, labels within 30 days of delivery. We offer a full refund of the product less a 20% restocking fee, a deduction of the original shipping cost and you will need to pay for the return shipping charges to send the product back to us. Email us for the return address.
CHANGE ORDERS
- Change Orders: Once the proof before printing (PPP) has been approved, we can not make any changes to the order. Any changes will result in an additional purchase to re-order the product.
- You will need to fill out the change order form to request a change order. Once we receive your change order request we will send a follow-up email to purchase the change order. We will need to receive payment for the change order before processing your request. If we do not receive a payment, your change order request will be put on hold or canceled.
- Change Order Shipping Policy: Requesting a change order will result in shipping delays.
