1. Do you have a phone number?
- Nope, it's 2020 and we wouldn't answer it anyway. Email us at info@efficientlabels.com, we respond pretty quick. If we had a phone, we'd have to increase our prices to cover the cost of the service and paying someone to answer it. It's not necessary for our business model.
- Simple, you didn't respond to our request for information, make the payment, approve proof prior to printing, or other communication from us. No ticket, no laundry.

- Since we are an E-commerce company, we work when ever we have orders to fill or emails to answer. However, we do close on Saturdays.
- Yes, you can get as fast as you want with USPS, FedEX, UPS. Just let us know what service/speed you would like to use. Additional charges will apply.
- We use the USPS Priority system which means you should have the package within 1-5 business days.
- Just like all professionally produced labels: ASTM D 3652, ASTM D 3654, ASTM D 2979, ASTM D 896, ASTM D 903
- Can be exposed to: Salt Air, Fog, Ice, Rain, Snow, Direct Sunlight and temperatures between -40°F to 176°F
Returns & Refunds:
- Custom labels & Placards: All sales are final. We can not accept returns or refunds on custom labels unless it is a defective product. IE The product has a typo, is miss cut, smeared ink, etc. We always send proofs prior to printing (PPP) so at the end of the day, its your responsibility to make sure the product looks how you want.
- Stock labels: You have the option to return new, unopened, undamaged, labels within 30 days of delivery. We offer a full refund of the product less a 20% restocking fee, a deduction of the original shipping cost and you will need to pay for the return shipping charges to send the product back to us. Email us for the return address.
Terms & Conditions of Service:
- Defective Products: We will cover the cost of replacement, all we need is a photo of the product in question to verify it was something on our end that went wrong. We want you to be happy so we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.
- All refunds will be issued though the payment service provider the order was originally issued through.
- Change Orders: Once the proof prior to printing (PPP) has been approved, we can not make any changes to the order. Any changes will result in an additional purchase to be made to re-order the product.
