Why wasn't my order filled?
Your order not being filled could be due to a lot of things. Make sure you add in all information that we will need to produce the label. If we don’t have all the information we need we will email you to request more information. Please check your junk folder in case you don’t think you received an email request. We will also send proof approvals prior to printing. Please be on the lookout for your proof of approval, if we don’t get approval, we will not print your label. This goes for any communication between both parties.

What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am to 4pm. If you purchase labels over the weekend, shipping and proof approval will resume first thing Monday morning.
Can I get faster shipping?
Yes, we can ship your order as fast as you need with USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Just let us know what service/speed you would like to use. Additional charges may apply.
How long is the standard shipping?
We use the USPS Priority system which means you should have the package within 1-5 business days.
What testing standard do your labels meet?
Just like all professionally produced labels: ASTM D 3652, ASTM D 3654, ASTM D 2979, ASTM D 896, ASTM D 903
What conditions can they be used in?
Our labels can be exposed to salt air, fog, ice, rain, snow, direct sunlight, and temperatures between -40°F to 176°F.
